Unexpected Things Happened at Oscar 2013 ceremony

This time Oscars ceremony was not that predictable as it was year before. There were unexpected winners and jokes of host. Very special occasion when not expected leading actress won the Oscar.

In previous three years winners of best actress academy award were almost known. But this time every one expected Emmanuelle Riva to win. Her birthday and day of ceremony are identical. And she is two years older than Oscar. That could be so symbolic. But winner was unexpected gitl. Only 22 years-old Jennifer Lawrence even fell on the stairs leading to the fame. J law rules.

Another Ooops was film director award. Ang Lee surprised people for second time, winning the Oscar for his Life of Pi.

Though it was expected Daniel Day Lewis estabilished a new record by winning three Oscars. No one did it before.

Other awards were given to people who were rather expected winners. For example, Tarantino won best original writing award for his Django unchained.
